The Devil and the Demons are same as "Djinn" or "Evil Air Spirits", but Devil is not a Demon.

This verse refers to "Devils" which means many but we know that there's no other devil besides "Satan", so this verse refers to "Satan and all his disciples, his Evil Spirits Armies" which if clarified is "All Djinn."
