Woman or Ishah (אִשָּׁה) or Imra'ah (امرأة) is Eve :
Genesis 2:23
The man said, "This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. She will be called 'Woman,' (אִשָּׁה) because she was taken out of Man."

God's created a "Woman" using the flesh of "Man" and this the 1st Existent of the human named "Woman." She is the "1st Female Gender" of a human or the "1st Woman" in entire world. In "The Holy Scriptures" based from the Bible, the "Woman" translated in Hebrew as "Ishah (אִשָּׁה)" and in Arabic translated in to "Imra'ah (امرأة)" but sometimes they used the word "Zawjah (زوجة)" to the other verses which means "Wife" (female gender.)

And if a Woman (امرأة) fears cruelty or desertion on her husband's part, there is no sin on them both if they make terms of peace between themselves; and making peace is better. And human inner-selves are swayed by greed. But if you do good and keep away from evil, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.
