Inanna-Satano♀ can perform the transformation using her Metamorphosis Spirit as the spirit of the "Old Serpent," Lucifer Iblees.
In the history of the world, Lucifer Iblees is the only "Converted Spirit" who, from being "heavenly" as a "Celestial Being" or angel, became a land creature, a Serpent, in the year 5500 B.C.E. because after being struck by lightning, using "earth," God made him a body suited for the earth.
He is the only former angel of God who legally lived on earth, or the only heavenly being of God who was made earthly. When he died as Serpent, he became the "Serpent Spirit" and he made the "Coalesce Spirit" in monkey and other animals, enabling him to perform numerous transformations from the animals he collected. This is due to his "Metamorphosis Spirit," but although he legally possesses it, he uses it in an illegal manner.
