The name YHWH (יהוה) was Hebrew as the name of God.
Later, JHVH emerged as a Latinized version of the Tetragrammaton, used in Christian European texts during the Middle Ages, particularly in the 13th century (1300 C.E.), when "Raymundus Martini" proposed the name Jehovah as a possible pronunciation. The JHVH officially release their own version of Bible in the 1600 C.E.
There are other version like "YHVH" but there is a tetragrammaton but it cannot be said to be a consonant because the letter that makes up it is part of the vowel like "IHVH", it was different not only because of the languages and letters but also because it was God-given because the Devil Inanna-Satan♀️ was interested in stealing God's name in the ancient years or B.C.E., then in Hebrew he could not understand or read it, so if you look closely, YHWH is the one identified in all Hebrew Tetragrammaton Consonant versions.
The transition from YHWH to JHVH occurred due to the transliteration of Hebrew into Latin, where the letters "Y" and "W" became "J" and "V", following the linguistic rules of Latin at that time." This is part of the verse Exodus 3:14 when God said "I Am."
